Attending a workshop as a representative is a wonderful, experiential way of understanding the process of constellation work and also a way of tapping into your own family or relationship situation. As a representative you will gain many insights into your own life situation and family dynamics. Many people report great shifts or awareness raising of their own situation from standing as a representative in a Constellation.

A Representative is someone who attends a workshop as support to those who will do their own constellation. A representative does NOT set up their own constellation. As a representative you will be chosen to be a representative in a constellation. Being a representative means that you may be chosen to represent a member of a Constellators family or work system. You could be asked to represent a father, mother, son, daughter, sister, brother etc. As a representative in a workshop you would be placed in a position in the working room by the constellator. You will then be guided by the facilitator through a body based experiential process.

Anyone can be a representative and this does not require any special skill or knowledge. It is a simple exercise of body awareness which is guided by the facilitator.
