Family and Systemic Constellations Training Options

Systemic Constellations Work was founded 35 years ago by Bert Hellinger, a German psychotherapist. It is highly acknowledged and integrated in the therapeutic, medical and organisational field in Germany, Europe and the Americas. For the past 10 years the method has been spreading around the world and is now one of the fastest growing therapeutic systemic methods worldwide.

The Constellations Institute of South Africa presents its first Training in Family and Systemic Constellations Work, beginning on the 25th February 2011 here in Cape Town.

The training has been set up in a modular format with 3 possible attendance options:

Option 1 (professional facilitator training)

A two year training based on 6 main modules in the first year and 4 shorter supervision and deepening modules in the second year.

This option is for you if you are already in a helping profession, working with people (eg: psychologist, counsellor, social worker, body worker, teachers…) and you would like to learn an additional method which will enable you to engage in deep unconscious systemic processes with your clients or you are looking for a career change.

You will receive a certificate from the Constellations Institute of South Africa confirming that you have completed the full Family and Systemic Constellations Facilitator Training Qualification.

The Constellations Institute of South Africa is a member of the International Systemic Constellations Association (ISCA) and its training is in line with the International standards for Constellations Facilitator Trainings.

Option 2 (Self development or additional tool for therapists)

A one year training based on 6 main modules 

-This is for you if your intention is to embark on a deep journey of self discovery, inner growth and healing. This will be not only for your self but as a deep healing experience for all your relationships.

-This is for everyone, working with people in a therapeutic way, who would like to gain a deep understanding into the systemic constellations work and integrate this systemic approach in their private practise.   

You will receive a certificate of attendance from the Constellations Institute of South Africa. 

Option 3 (Individual modules)

Attending of the 1st Module, The Fundamentals, (compulsory) and a topic specific Module according to your field of interest. 

Eg: You are working in the medical field and might be interested in the 4th Module, Working with Illness and Symptoms.

You working in HR or as a Coach or Manager in an Organisation, then you might be interested in the 5th Module, Organisational and Structural Constellations.

You are in the helping profession and would like to set up a constellation for your client in an individual session. Then you would choose the Fundamentals and the 2nd Module, Working with Individuals in Private Practise.

This is for you if you are already working with people (therapeutic, medical, organisational fields or any other helping area) and you wish to enhance your knowledge base with an additional tool which will enable you to gain systemic insights for you and your client/team. 

You will receive a certificate of attendance from the Constellations Institute of South Africa

Option 4 ( Insights into the systemic constellations approach)

Attending the 1st Module “ The Fundamentals”

This will give you a deeper understanding of the dynamics and entanglements in a system and the influences this has on all relationships and how to find resolutions and support.

This option is for anyone working in the therapeutic field with clients.

You will receive a certificate of attendance from the Constellations Institute of South Africa. 

Option 2 to 4 will be accredited towards future trainings in Constellations Work.
