Refund & Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions for Delegates:

By registering to attend this event you are entering an agreement with the Constellations Institute of South Africa (CISA).

CANCELLING YOUR REGISTRATION: Your booking may only be cancelled by notifying CISA on +27 21 785 7071. All cancellations MUST be then confirmed in writing no later than one week before the event. A cancellation fee of 10% will apply. No refunds will be made for cancellations within the week prior to the event. A substitute delegate may be sent, in which case no cancellation charges will apply.

PAYMENT: Payment must be received no later than 2 weeks prior to the first day of the event. Any new bookings made within 7 days prior to the event must be made on-line and paid by bank transfer immediately to confirm the booking. Non-payment will be taken as a cancellation, ie, payment must be received before the event, unless verbal prior arrangements have been made with CISA.

OTHER INFORMATION: It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of CISA to alter the content and timing of the programme or the location of the event. In case of cancellation of the event CISA will refund the applicable value of the registration price paid at the time of the booking
