Introduction

The Family Constellations Facilitator Training program described below is not a standard training program in that it is a phenomenological approach which means allowing the field of information and knowledge to lead you into the unknown and through into an experience of knowing. This Family Constellations Facilitator Training program is designed to transport each student into a deep experience of being. Whether you are interested in becoming a Family Constellations Facilitator, simply learning the method as an additional tool in your tool box or would like to embark on a deep healing journey of personal growth and development, then this Training is for you.

Five ways the student will learn:

1) By ‘representing’ in Constellations

2) By being a containing group member

3) By working on one’s own issues

4) By doing constellations

5) By learning the theory

This Family Constellations Facilitator training program will carry each student through 4 stages of learning and will cover all the ways of learning through demonstrations, theory, practice and discussions. This is a 2 year program that will consist of 6 modules of learning in the first year followed by 4 modules of practice and reflection in year two. All learning modules in the first year will run over 3 days, while the practiceand  reflection modules in second year will run over 2 days.

Module Two – 3 Days Working with Individuals in private practice

Module Three – 3 Days Working with Couples

Module Four – 3 Days Working with Illness and Symptoms

Module Five – 3 Days Working with Trauma and Resources (Co-facilitator: Holger Ratzenberg)

Elective Module - 2 Days ecl Training. How to work within Schools using Systemic Practices
