I was born in 1973 in a small town called Nigel just outside Johannesburg. After completing high school and the army in 1992 I set off for Europe where I spent 2 years exploring, learning, growing and working.

In 1994 I returned to South Africa just in time to enter the cellular market, selling wholesale Cellphone accessories to network providers and cellular stores.

By 1997, I moved into a new partnership in a small Asset Management company called Golden Bridge Asset Management as the Administrative Director and a shareholder.

Looking for a new way of life I took a course in Reiki and completed my Lomi lomi massage training by 2001.

In 2003 I moved to Cape Town, where I began working as a full time Massage Therapist at the Cape Town Medi-Spa. At the same time, I began a 2 year Executive Coaching diploma at the South African College of Applied Psychology. I completed my diploma in 2005 and graduated in 2006.

Since May 2007 I have attended the annual International Intensive Training for Systemic Resolutions in Germany. The week long training consists of 60 hours of intensive training with the worlds most experienced and established facilitators. The focus of these trainings has been Organisational Constellations, Family Constellations, Constellations Work in individual setting and Trauma work with Family Constellation. My trainers include. Gunthard Weber, Jane Peterson, Dr. Ursula Franke, Guni Baxter, Christine Essen, Dagmar Ingwersen, Hunter Beaumont, Jakob and Sieglinde Schneider, Judith Hemming, Daan van Kampenhout, Sneh Victoria, Bertold Ulsamer, Stephan Hausner.

When I work now, I integrate all my study and life experience into a balance of focused awareness, mental alertness, body awareness and breath. This balance ensures that my clients receive the best results from our work together. My love for the Truth of who I am has been a guiding light towards the continued unfolding of the beauty, love and harmony in life.
