Organisational Constellations

Organisational Constellations are a powerful approach for working with small businesses and larger organisations, groups, athletes and business leaders. This work offers a means to understanding the widest context for underlying patterns and dynamics in groups and businesses.

A Business Constellation can be applied in different settings but is usually done with leaders within a business system who are able to act on decisions. These kind of constellations can be done in an individual setting or as part of a team development training or management training seminar.
